Application Process
Who should be included on my application?

All residents of the apartment, including guarantors, roommates, spouses, and children.

When will I hear back from the Leasing Office about my application?

Applications are typically processed within 24 hours of completion. However, if multiple previous addresses across different states need to be verified, the process may take longer.

How do I sign my lease?

Electronic signatures can be submitted through the portal.

How much will my first payment be?

The contract is divided into 12 equal monthly installments.

What is the renters insurance policy?

Personal property and vehicles belonging to residents or guests are not covered under the apartment lease agreement. All residents must provide proof of insurance covering loss or damage from fire, theft, vandalism, water, criminal acts, or other causes. A minimum of $100,000 liability coverage is required, and $10,000 personal property coverage is recommended.

What is your pet policy?

Pets are not allowed.

Utilities
Who is the electricity provider for this area?

Provided by MG&E.

What are the available internet options?

Internet service is included.

Do I need to set up water and sewer services?

$20/month per person, added to the account.

Who provides trash and recycling services?

Services provided by GFL Environmental.

How long does it take to walk to the University of Wisconsin-Madison?

A 1-minute walk from campus.

Where is the nearest public transportation stop?

Is Parking Available?

Available in an underground heated garage by contract. All vehicles must be registered, and a parking contract must be signed.

Are there any nearby EV charging stations?

Tesla Supercharger, 755 E Washington Ave.

Roomates
Do you offer roommate matching?

Yes, we offer roommate matching upon request. We use a lifestyle questionnaire to match based on interests, study and sleep habits, major, and more. Please see here to submit your form.

What if my roommates and I don't get along?

Residents may transfer based on availability. A transfer fee may apply.

Is the apartment furnished?

Includes bed, dresser, sofa, love seat, coffee table, end tables, and bar stools.

What should I do in case of a maintenance emergency?

Our onsite maintenance team is available. Work orders can be submitted through the portal. For emergency maintenance, call 608-442-4200.

Who should I contact if I’m locked out of my apartment or building?

Where is the nearest fire station?

City of Madison Fire Station 1, 316 W. Dayton Street.

Where can I pick up packages on-site?

The package room is located on the 2nd floor of the building.
